New Delhi: Korean automaker Hyundai Motor India on Sunday said its total sales declined 7 per cent year-on-year to 61,252 units in November. The automaker had dispatched 65,801 units to its dealers in November last year, the automaker said in a statement. Domestic sales declined 2 per cent year on year to 48,246 units last month as against 49,451 units in the year-ago period.

Tata Motors posts slight sales increase

Tata Motors Ltd on Sunday reported a marginal increase in overall sales at 74,753 units in November as compared to 74,172 units in the same month last year.

Total domestic sales were up 1 per cent at 73,246 units last month as against 72,647 units in November 2023, Tata Motors said in a statement. Total passenger vehicle (PV) sales, including EVs, were at 47,117 units as compared to 46,143 units in the year-ago month, up 2 per cent, it added.

Toyota sales up 44%

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) on Sunday said its total sales rose 44 per cent year-on-year to 25,586 units in November. The automaker had sold 17,818 units in November last year. “Our diverse portfolio, spanning from hatchbacks to SUVs, continues to offer tailored mobility solutions that resonate with varying lifestyles,” TKM Vice President, Sales-Service-Used Car Business Sabari Manohar said in a statement. The year 2024 has exceeded the company’s expectations, he said.

MG Motor India sees 20% rise in sales

JSW MG Motor India on Sunday reported 20 per cent rise in wholesales at 6,019 units in November 2024 as compared to the same month last year.The company’s electric crossover utility vehicle Windsor continues with its strong performance for the second month in a row with 3,144 wholesale units, JSW MG Motor India said in a statement. TVS Motor Co sales up

TVS Motor Company on Sunday reported a 10 per cent rise in total sales at 4,01,250 units in November compared to 3,64,231 units in the same month last year. Total two-wheeler sales were up 12 per cent at 3,92,473 units last month as against 3,52,103 units in November 2023, the company said in a statement. Domestic two-wheeler sales grew by 6 per cent at 3,05,323 units in November 2024, up from 2,87,017 units in the year-ago month.

Suzuki Motorcycle sells 94,370 units

Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd on Sunday reported an 8 per cent growth in total sales at 94,370 units in November compared to 87,096 units sold in the same month last year. Domestic sales were at 78,333 units last month, up 7 per cent as compared to 73,135 units in the same period last year, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd (SMIPL) said in a statement. The company’s exports grew 15 per cent at 16,037 units as compared to 13,961 units exported in November 2023, it added.
